BEST WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY 2016
A ‘Best of’ is a funny old term – really it should be called my ‘A collection of favourites – some funny, some sweet, some encompassing the glorious chaos that is a wedding day’….but that doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue! Favourites that make me smile inside, or laugh out loud or slap me in the face with a reminder that I am so lucky to have a job that I love – a job that leads me to fabulous people that I maybe wouldn’t meet otherwise and to gorgeous, usually inaccessible, places. A job that allows me to lead a creative life – something I have hankered after since I was a kid.
So thank you so much to everyone that has booked me. I work hard to attract likeminded couples and I just wanted to let you know that you make me so happy. It has been such a pleasure to get to know you all and to share your wedding days with you. I wish you, and your families, every happiness. You’ve all been such good fun.
Without sounding like Gwynny at the Oscars, I’d also like to thank my photography and wedding industry buddies whose kindness and support totally floored me this year – there are too many of you to name but you know who you are. I will give a special mention though to Sarah Morris, Ellie Gillard, Anna Hardy and Matt Parry – you guys have fast become some of my best mates (whether you like it or not) and I love you!
Anyway, enough of the gushy guff…I hope you enjoy this pow of colour and get a sense of how much adrenaline is pumping through my veins at each and every wedding. A LOT.
A forewarning before you delve in there are probably too many images here…so shoot me. There is no doubt that a ‘Best of’ is a wonderfully cathartic, self-indulgent exercise but all the same I hope you love it.

You can totally see your personality in your images – heartfelt, honest, funny, passionate and bursting with life and character. These are a total treat.
