Thorpeness Wedding Photography // The wedding of Hattie & Kyle on Saturday was absolutely bang on brand. Sorry to describe you openly like that but you were! There was so much energy, so many authentic characters that clearly loved hard and absolutely lots of laughter and flamboyance.

Hattie & Kyle were fortunate to have the loan of a family home to host their wedding on the banks of Thorpeness boating lake. Such a beautiful setting for a wedding and the weather was beyond kind too.

The couple trusted me completely to do my thing which is always fun. The resulting images are natural, as super chill as the couple and full of personality. Well I think so anyway!

Quirks of the day included…

Lola the doggy almost eating the wedding cake and certainly at least having a lick.

Bride, Hattie, honking like (a very attractive) walrus and bent double laughing all day.

Kyle not putting down his camera despite being the groom. He was sweetly carrying it round like a handbag because, quote, “I just love it so much.” And Kyle’s rowing technique provided laughs.

The Jewish dancing was brilliant and reliably THE BEST way to get everyone on the dancefloor.
